NMST provides a cryptocurrency trading platform that includes automated trading Bots and wallet connection features. Our Platform enables users to:

  • Connect cryptocurrency wallets
  • Configure and deploy automated trading Bots
  • Monitor trading performance and analytics
  • Access trading leaderboards and community features

The Platform is designed for informational and trading purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Platform Access

Access to certain features of the Platform requires holding $NMST tokens. Token requirements may vary based on the features you wish to access.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring you meet the token requirements for platform access
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration

4. Use of Automated Trading Bots

NMST offers automated trading Bots that can execute trades on your behalf based on configured parameters. By using these Bots, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Risk of Loss: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific trading outcomes or profits. Trading Bots operate based on algorithms that may not perform as expected in all market conditions.
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for configuring your trading parameters and monitoring your Bot's performance. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
  • Technical Limitations: Bots may experience downtime, delays, or errors due to technical issues, exchange API limitations, or market conditions.
  • Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Rapid price movements may result in trades executing at prices different from expected.

5. Wallet Connection Feature

Our Platform allows you to connect external cryptocurrency wallets. By connecting a wallet, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, including your private keys, seed phrases, and any connected devices.
  • We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases. We only read public blockchain data to verify token holdings.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from compromised wallets, phishing attacks, or user error.
  • You should only connect wallets from trusted sources and verify all transaction requests carefully.

6. User Agreement Recording

When you accept these Terms, your agreement is recorded and stored in our database along with a timestamp. This record serves as evidence of your acceptance and consent to be bound by these Terms.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NMST AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Trading losses or missed trading opportunities
  • Losses resulting from Bot malfunction or unexpected behavior
  • Losses resulting from exchange API issues or downtime
  • Losses resulting from wallet security breaches
  • Any other losses arising from your use of the Platform

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NMST and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your trading activities and any resulting losses

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
